How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Pink Inks, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Is my data backed up?

Your data is stored locally on your device, which means it's included in your iCloud or iTunes backups. If you get a new phone and restore from backup, your journal entries will be there. You can also export your data manually from Settings within the app.

I deleted the app — can I get my data back?

If you deleted the app without exporting your data first, and you don't have an iCloud or iTunes backup, your data cannot be recovered. Since everything is stored locally for your privacy, we don't have access to your entries.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Pink Inks on your new device and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Can I use Pink Inks on iPad or Mac?

Pink Inks is currently available for iPhone only. We're considering iPad support in the future — let us know if that's something you'd like!

How do I enable Face ID?

Go to Settings within the app and toggle on "Lock with Face ID." You'll need to have Face ID enabled on your device in your iPhone's Settings first.
