Is my data private?

Yes! All your journal entries, mood data, and cycle information are stored locally on your device only. We never upload your personal data to any servers.

Can I export my journal entries?

Yes, you can export your data anytime from within the app. Go to Settings and select "Export Data" to download your entries.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Pink Ink → Cancel Subscription.

What happens to my data if I delete the app?

Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app will permanently delete your journal entries and other data. We recommend exporting your data before uninstalling.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through the App Store by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com.
